Customer Service ManagerLocated in Downers Grove, ILIs this position remote/work from home? No, this position sits on worksiteTemporary to HireManufacturing industry experience highly preferredSchedule: M-FHours: 8 am - 5 pmHourly Pay: $24 - $26.50Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts degree
• Epicor software experience
• 3 to 5 years of customer service experienceResponsibilities:
  • Creates and maintains customer files
  • Administrative assistance in Quoting process
  • Confirms compliance to customer requests
  • Reviews daily On-Time-Delivery and proactively addresses schedule change requests
  • Establish and maintains pricing in ERP (Epicor) for orders
  • Sales order entry and maintenance of orders in ERP (Epicor)
  • Sends/receives customer satisfaction surveys and updates metrics
  • Analyzes customers surveys and prepares inputs for management review
  • Generates sales reports on monthly basis
  • Reviews customer scorecards and develops action plans for low scores
  • Maintains all requirements around USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement)Ideal characteristics:
