The Sr. People Director Operations is responsible for developing, guiding and executing initiatives in the areas of compensation, benefits, HRIS analytics, payroll, and global mobility. In addition, this role will play a key part in the implementation of a new HRIS system, Success Factors, as well as provide general guidance as needed in transformation change management, M&A work, performance management, and strategic workforce planning to drive high performance in a fast paced, matrixed organization. This is an opportunity to build upon an existing infrastructure and process but add new insights, ideas and operational excellence. This leader will inherit a team of highly-productive and talented people professionals and be a peer to the leaders in adjacent functions such as L&D, Talent Acquisition and Regional HR leaders as well as partner closely with all functional leaders across the organization. Essential Functions Duties and Responsibilities Description % of Time Spent

• Overall responsibility for managing total reward programs (remuneration & benefits) to ensure individuals are recognized for their contributions to the organization.
• Oversees and manages global HR systems (including payroll), analytics and practices that assist with the growth and development of the business; including the implementation of Success Factors for GPN business unit.
• Serves as an internal consultant on compensation, benefits, and performance development issues and provides appropriate recommendations globally.
• Develops, implements and monitors global performance management from end-to-end that creates a performance-based culture in a fast-paced environment. Includes a focus on development plans.
• Ensures compliance for employment laws, total rewards, and related HR policies.
• Establishes workforce planning protocols
• Assists with evaluation/due diligence & integration of acquisitions
• Oversees and coordinates global mobility/immigration for GPN
• Drives cultural transformation and change management within functions from inward looking to business partnering and action orientated across the business
• Role models the organizational values and bring them to life across the function; drive accountability for translation of values into behaviors that are lived

  • 10+ years of experience in combination of total rewards and HRBP generalist experience
    
  • 5 - 7 years progressive HR leadership experience including leading teams
  • --Preferred experience in manufacturing and/or food/beverage industry Other Skills/Experience
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade at a senior management level
    • Extensive knowledge creating, overseeing and implementing successful benefit/compensation programs
    • Experience guiding and implementing change activities that facilitation innovation, enhanced employee relations, operational excellence, and competitive advantage. Develops resources to measure and report on attainment of such activities
    • Experiencing developing strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budget.
    • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with individuals at all levels
    • Strong operational, project management, excellent communication skills; able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines
    • Experience collaborating with internal and external resources including other HRBPs, CoE leaders and general employees/managers to identify strategies that solve organizational issues.
    • International experience a plus; Understanding of working across different businesses and regions
    • Solid leadership experience including managing and developing a team of professionals
    • Experience working in a matrixed organization
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and calm under pressure
    • Ability to excel and align stakeholders in a cross functional matrixed global organization.
