Position:Stenograph's Sr. Program Manager--is a strategic leader that is accountable to manage and track all strategic program initiatives at Stenograph. As the Sr. Program Manager the individual will create programs designed to successfully deliver on Stenograph's strategic objectives. They will be responsible for overseeing the development and communication of success criteria for multiple programs to all functional stakeholders within the business. Ultimately accountable to ensure that all program goals are achieved in a timely manner and that conflicts and issues with programs are identified proactively and resolved to deliver program success. You will be responsible to manage and track all action items and manage the annual strategic plan process.Responsibilities includes: * Track and manage all strategic initiatives at Stenograph.* Responsible for the framework and facilitation of project plans from ideation to completion including initial approval through lookback and return on investment analysis.* Create programs that are designed to deliver Stenograph's strategic objectives.* Oversee, develop and communicate success criteria/metrics for multiple programs to all functional stakeholders and track progress.* Ensure all program goals are reached and be accountable for achieving program success criteria/metrics.* Responsibility for managing the execution of annual strategic planning process and tracking of key action items.* Work closely with program sponsors, cross-functional team leads, and assigned product managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for strategic initiatives.* Facilitate and lead weekly project reviews with functional stakeholders as well as monthly program reviews with Stenograph's leadership team.* Work with key functional stakeholders to identify cross-functional risks, conflicts and opportunities to achieve program goals and success criteria.* Create, maintain and update Stenograph's master program plan using tools such as MS Project. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.* Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.Qualifications * A minimum of a bachelor's college degree in business or relevant technical field. Master's degree preferred.* Required Project Management certification such as PMP or SAFe* Strong commitment to working closely with cross functional leadership team members.* Required proficiency in MS office Project, Power Point, Excel, Word, etc. Desired proficiency in Power Platform, Power BI* An effective communicator, with strong oral and written skills (internal and external)* Flexible and self-starter; able to multi-task.
