Job Description Job Description CNC Machine Operator Location: Cary, IL Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift Available Job Summary We’re hiring a CNC Machine Operator to join our machining team. This role focuses on high-quality production runs using Haas and OKUMA CNC machines . What You’ll Do Operate Haas and OKUMA CNC mills during production runs Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Perform tooling changes and minor adjustments Inspect parts using micrometers and calipers Monitor quality throughout long production runs Troubleshoot basic machining issues as needed What We’re Looking For CNC mill operating experience (Haas and/or OKUMA preferred) Ability to read blueprints Experience using micrometers and calipers Basic CNC programming and troubleshooting knowledge Less than 3 years of CNC milling experience Preferred Experience (Nice to Have) Mastercam experience CNC programming exposure Quality inspection knowledge Milling and troubleshooting experience Pay & Benefits Paid vacation and paid holidays (plus floating holidays) 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability and life insurance $500 HSA company contribution 16 weeks paid maternity/paternity leave Tuition reimbursement Safety shoe and safety glasses reimbursement Bereavement pay Work Environment & Schedule Clean, well-organized shop with 24 CNC machines (mostly Haas) Collaborative manufacturing environment 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM (Saturday overtime as needed) 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–2:30 AM 10% shift differential for permanent 2nd shift ?
