Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Service Technician II to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing our cutting-edge security systems and solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in servicing, repairing, and installing a variety of electronic, mechanical and digital security equipment to ensure the highest level of service for our clients. This position requires a hands-on approach and a solid technical foundation in security system technology. Perform routine and emergency maintenance on a variety of security equipment, including alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and access control systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner, minimizing downtime. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area. Provide detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve installation and service processes and provide training to junior technicians as needed. Proficiency in working with electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Adept at managing time efficiently and handling multiple tasks.
