Job Summary Our Program Management Office is hiring in Menomonee Falls, WI! Join our team as a Project Manager focused on providing support to Program Managers through daily execution of customer contract requirements to ensure that we are hitting cost, schedule, and quality goals. Job Responsibilities Participate in meetings and as a member of the integrated product team (kick-off through project close) Responsible for the daily execution of specific tasks or projects within a moderately large/complex program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines Manage operations to ensure schedules are met and deliverables meet quality standards Organize project and task workloads and selects individuals most qualified for specific projects Contribute to the client relationship Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and 5 years functional or program management experience Knowledge of project management tools and activities A proven leader and able to influence others within the integrated project team Demonstrated customer service, problem solving, and presentation skills Exposure to resource planning, project reviews, scheduling, and budget control U.S. Citizenship required.
