Electrical Panel Builder – Growing Manufacturer (Full-Time
Contract-to-Hire) Roselle, IL | $29–$34/hr | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM |
CTH (Contract-to-Hire) A well-established, growing industrial
solutions manufacturer in the Roselle, IL area is seeking a skilled
Electrical Panel Builder to join their team. This is a full-time,
contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for permanent

working as part of a small but high-performing panel-building team,
each independently responsible for building, wiring, and assembling
control panels used in industrial treatment systems. These panels
are typically up to 48” x 48” in size and range from basic to
moderately complex. This role is ideal for a hands-on,
detail-oriented builder who enjoys working with schematics, has
experience with 3-phase or 480V equipment, and can manage a
consistent workload. While PLC programming is not required,
experience with wiring or light troubleshooting is a plus. Key
Responsibilities Read and interpret electrical line diagrams and
schematics Wire components and layout control panels from start to
finish Drill, cut, and prep enclosures and back panels (metal
fabrication experience a plus) Use hand and power tools to assemble
and mount panel components Maintain accuracy, consistency, and
craftsmanship across multiple builds What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves: 2–3 years of experience in panel building or wiring
industrial control panels Strong familiarity with 3-phase power and
480V systems Proficiency in reading schematics and wiring diagrams
High school diploma or GED Nice-to-Haves: Associate degree or
technical certification Familiarity with PLCs (Allen-Bradley) Metal
fabrication or light machining experience Additional Info Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (may stay until 5 PM during peak
times; some half-day Saturdays) Interview Process: Streamlined.
