Job Details Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the on-site project representative and primary liaison to the owner/client. Perform all aspects of contract administration, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule. Conduct construction inspection to verify compliance with plans and specifications. Prepare design calculations, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for a variety of civil engineering projects. Work closely with other engineering disciplines on multi-discipline projects. Lead and participate in client meetings, supporting project coordination and communication. Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing technical guidance and review of work. Assist with project administration, document control, and schedule tracking. Take on additional tasks as needed to support project success. ________________________________________ Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. 5 years of experience in construction or hybrid design/construction roles. PE license preferred. Working knowledge of state and regional engineering standards. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with MicroStation is preferred.
