Our client is looking for a Quality Training Specialist to be
responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality
training programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and
company policies. The specialist collaborates with quality
assurance, engineering, and production teams to address quality
issues and support continuous improvement initiatives in a

professional goals. Description Develop training materials and
presentations aligned with existing operational procedures. Guide
new employees through the onboarding training process. Manage and
update the training system, ensuring all training records are
accurately maintained. Evaluate training effectiveness by gathering
feedback through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
Create and revise documentation such as procedures, workflows,
instructions, and templates. Carry out regular audits of processes
and internal compliance checks to ensure adherence to ISO
standards. Perform inspections on incoming materials to verify
quality. Support scheduled inspections of manufacturing areas to
confirm compliance with TL9000 requirements. Lead investigations
into preventive and corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
Profile Between two to five years of relevant professional
experience. Familiarity with ISO9001:2015, RIOS, and R2 standards
is highly desirable. Proficient in both English and Spanish
languages. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the capability to
handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Skilled in Microsoft Office
applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Job Offer Base
