Duties and Responsibilities
The Loyola University Chicago Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing
(MNSON) invites applications for multiple clinical track faculty
positions. We are especially interested in faculty engaged in
teaching and scholarship in the following areas: *
These are non-tenure track open rank positions, for appointment at
the Clinical Assistant Professor rank or higher based on the
applicant's program of scholarship.
The MNSON enrolls over 1400 students across three sites and
includes 71 full-time faculty. Programs include a BSN degree with 4
study options, a MSN degree in nursing and healthcare
administration, a DNP degree with tracks for preparation in nurse
practitioner and clinical nurse specialist roles, and a PhD in
Nursing degree.

Candidates for these faculty positions will possess:
* Doctoral degree in nursing or a or a field related to primary
teaching responsibilities
* Eligibility for licensure as a registered nurse in the state of
Illinois (not required for foundational science position)
* Potential to establish and maintain a program of scholarship,
consistent with the expectations of rank.
