Administrative Assistant - Facilities Corporate Headquarters
12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 Are you a meticulous
multitasker? Then Uline is looking for you to join our corporate
Facilities team as an Administrative Assistant! Support management
and office operations as we continue to grow as a top distributor
of shipping, industrial and packaging materials. Better together
than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good
people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Provide
direct administrative support to Uline’s Senior Operations Manager
of Facilities as well as other department managers. Complete daily
reporting and correspondence. Pull data and queries as well as
prepare presentations. Manage travel arrangements for the
Facilities Operations Team. Schedule and arrange department
meetings, lunches and events. Minimum Requirements High school
degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2 years of
administrative experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive
