Job Description Job Description Gustave A. Larson is a leading wholesale distributor of HVAC, and Refrigeration (HVACR) equipment, parts, and supplies. The Larson Pricing Support Analyst ensures excellent customer services is provided through support of pricing and contract management. The Pricing Support Analyst reports to and is under the direction of the Director of Pricing & Analytics. Primary Responsibilities Support sales organization with special pricing requests including but not limited to creating contracts, renewing and expiring contracts, analyzing contract usage, and changing contracts as needed. Enter and ensure accuracy related to the Claim back contracts and vendor quote worksheets in the ERP system. Perform all vendor contract activity reporting needed to provide claim back requests to vendors for rebate payment. Prepare supplemental reports and complete ad hoc requests related to contract management. Assist sales organization as subject matter expert on Seibel contract process Support Company in achieving profitability and sales growth targets by using judgment in contract activity and requested price deviations. Independently develop new Excel models, charts and graphs, and procedures as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned, including ad-hoc analysis on methods to optimize price through market and pricing strategies. Qualification Requirements Commitment to excellent customer service. Team Player mentality with creativity and drive to take initiative. Education/Experience B.S. in Business with emphasis or in Accounting/Finance preferred. 2 years relevant work experience in financial analysis or pricing desirable. Proficient skills in MS Office Suite.
