Relocation Assistance Available Office space available at location listed This role is required to be onsite full-time working a 980 work schedule where under this schedule, employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off. Experienced Tax Director to develop and execute strategic tax initiatives to optimize the company’s tax position while ensuring compliance with federal, local, and international tax law. This highly visible role involves analyzing complex tax issues, managing tax efficient structures and providing strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and business operations. Identify and implement tax-efficient strategies related to global structuring, legal entity alignment, cash mobilization, acquisitions and divestitures. Lead all tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, structuring, modeling, pre-divestiture and post-acquisition planning, and integration. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, 15 years of prior related experience including significant experience in corporate tax planning, including mergers and acquisitions OR Graduate Degree 13 years of prior related experience. OR In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience. US Citizen Preferred Additional Skills: CPA license, Masters in Tax or JD preferred. Prior experience in a U.S.-based multinational corporate tax department and/or Big 4 public accounting firm. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
