Job Description:
Position: Staff Accountant Location: Mishawaka, IN (100% Onsite)
Salary: $49,000 - $59,000, depending on experience About the

and encourages growth from within. Role Overview: Staff Accountant
As a Staff Accountant , you will support key accounting functions
to help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. You'll
play a vital role in the month-end close process, financial
reporting, and operational accounting activities. Key
Responsibilities: Maintain general ledger accuracy through journal
entries and account reconciliations Support monthly and annual
close procedures Prepare and review financial reports for internal
use Assist in budget preparation and forecasting analysis Process
accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Ensure
compliance with internal accounting policies and GAAP Provide
documentation and support during external audits Recommend and
implement improvements to accounting processes and systems
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,
or a related field 1-3 years of professional accounting experience
(internships included) preferred Solid understanding of GAAP and
standard accounting practices Proficiency in accounting software
and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail with excellent
organizational skills Self-motivated and capable of working both
independently and in a collaborative environment Please Note: This
