Financial Reporting Analyst - Reinsurance Location: Warrenville, IL | Hybrid (2 Days Onsite Post-Training) Compensation: $75,000 - $115,000 Base Salary (Depending on Experience) Client: Our client, an affiliate of a nationally recognized organization in the automotive services industry Are you a sharp, detail-oriented finance professional looking to level up your career in a highly collaborative environment? Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst - Reinsurance to join their dynamic and growing team. This is a high-impact role within a small, tight-knit group where your contributions will be seen, valued, and rewarded. You'll work directly with the Reinsurance and Funding Director, supporting financial reporting and compliance efforts for small warranty reinsurance companies. Key Responsibilities: Review and enhance monthly, quarterly, and annual reinsurance reports Process and review reinsurance transactions in line with contractual agreements Provide internal and external support, handling issue resolution with precision Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and dealers Supervise use of banking platforms for report generation Ensure accuracy of manual data entry in reinsurance systems Identify and flag potential internal control issues Ideal Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience 2 years' experience in reinsurance or warranty company accounting Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong math skills-confident with interest, percentages, and volume calculations Why This Role?
