seeking a driven and detail-oriented Audit Associate to join our
public accounting team in South Bend, IN. This is a full-time,
onsite role suited for candidates with a strong foundation in
audit, who are ready to take ownership of engagements and work
directly with clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead audit engagements
from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with
regulatory and client standards. Perform detailed testing and
analysis of financial records, internal controls, and risk areas.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and firm
leadership throughout the audit process. Prepare audit workpapers
and financial reports with accuracy and clarity. Identify areas for
process improvements and contribute to internal best practices.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of audit experience in public
accounting. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
required. Currently pursuing MBA and eligible to sit for the CPA
exam. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
