Senior Property Accountant Compensation - $75,000 to $95,000 (depending on experience) Why to work for this company as a Senior Property Accountant: Work remotely 1X/week Flexible hours Promotion path Highly visible working directly with executives Great family culture Good work/Life Balance Great Benefits plus bonus eligible Responsibilities - Senior Property Accountant: The Senior Property Accountant will prepare financial statements for retail properties ME/ Close, Analyze variances Actual to Budget, bank reconciliations, cash management Budgeting and Forecasting and common are maintenance accounting / reconciliations The Senior Property Accountant will perform fixed asset accounting Liaison with internal and external contacts Assist Property Managers as needed on Accounting related functions What we are seeking in a Senior Property Accountant: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance Real Estate Accounting experience a plus with CAM reconciliations Yardi or similar software/ERP is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks Ability to manage a broad range of responsibilities MS Office LI-DF1 ZRCFS INJUN2025
