This individual will report to the Director of Accounting. -Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversight of functions in Concur including review of expense reports submitted in Concur to ensure expense reports are in accordance with policy, reconciliation of p-cards to Concur, card management, and maintaining and reconciling the Concur G/L interface
  • Perform monthly journal entries
  • Complete account reconciliations including bank reconciliations and research and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and disseminate financial reports
  • Assist Senior Accountant in fixed asset tagging and fixed asset inventories
  • Produce accurate financial information and interpret financial data to complete annual surveysSupervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities. -QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Computer Skills Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) required. Experience with Concur desired.Language Skills Intermediate skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Reasoning Ability Intermediate skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Mathematical AbilityBasic skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
