In addition, she/he will be a back-up for daily cash management positioning and will interact with the Finance, Tax and Accounting teams across the Company.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the approval process of wire payments while ensuring compliance with SOX and Internal policies
• Assist and manage Intercompany loans, Letters of Credit, and Guarantees
• Produce debt compliance reports such as borrowing base, debt certificates, bank budgets, etc.
• Assist with Foreign Exchange programs including executing/confirm/settle derivatives contracts, and prepare month-end Mark-to-Market report
• Coordinate and assist with equipment leasing program
• Benchmark, track, and analyze bank service fees
• Assist with M&A integration for Treasury related activities
• Back up Treasury Analyst in daily cash management including processing wire transfers
• Participate in treasury process improvement projects; recommend services to increase efficiency -
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, Legal, and FP&A regarding activities as they relate to Treasury
• Performs other related duties as required or requestedEducation/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree required, CTP preferred
  • Minimum 3 years finance/treasury experience preferably with a multi-national corporationSpecialized Knowledge/Skills:
    • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills, problem-solving and follow-up skills
    • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
    • Strong initiative in learning and pursuing results
    • Must demonstrate overall business acumen and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and geographic teams
    • Experiences with various banking platforms
