Job DescriptionCooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants is a modern
casual Napa-inspired full-service restaurant with a scratch

memorable moments that enrich lives.The Lead Administrator is
responsible for technical operations associated with Oracle Fusion
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Financials and the Enterprise
Performance Management (EPM) cloud technologies. The role is
considered the Oracle Fusion technology expert within Cooper's Hawk
and is a hands-on role identifying opportunities for efficiencies
and best practices to support business goals. Responsibilities
include planning, configuring, testing, deploying, troubleshooting,
and managing Oracle Financial Cloud environments. The position will
also coordinate and liaison the day-to-day activities of an Oracle
cloud managed services partner that supports, operates and assists
with configuration of the Oracle financial clouds at Cooper's Hawk.
This role will be a key partner to the Accounting and Financial
Planning & Analysis teams as they use the applications. Core
accounting modules implemented include Oracle GL, AP, AR, Fixed
Assets, Cash Management, and Lease Administration. EPM modules
implemented include EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCSPrimary
Responsibilities:
- Perform operational and administrative activities as defined
for Oracle SaaS and PaaS, including ERP, EPM, OIC, and Oracle data
& BI reporting (what is this application?) applications
- Act as a liaison between Accounting and Finance employees and
Oracle technologies\
- Lead team, in partner with support provider, in making key
architecture decisions for all Oracle Cloud systems
- Document and communicate clear and concise recommendations, and
technical specifications, for the automation of processes to
increase efficiencies and improve end-to-end processes
- Support quarterly release management regression testing and
readiness attestation
- Ownership of the Change Management processes associated with
Oracle Fusion applications
- Manage service detail and service notifications related to
patching/critical updates/downtime
- Update and communicate maintenance schedules and outages in
coordination with CH team, 3rd party vendors and Oracle
- Manage all Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations
and MOS
- Provide support for incident management and Service Requests
(SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations to complete any Administration
tasks and resolve issues
- View account usage, export metric data and provide reports
- Monitor and communicate system performance metrics
- Coordinate resolution of issues with CH and 3rd party
vendors
- Review and audit end user accounts, permissions, and access
rights
- Manage users access, build custom roles, and provision roles
and data access based on organization-defined data security
policies and user role matrix
- Provide support for end user access issues including
troubleshooting and root cause analysis including single sign-on,
and Oracle IDCS
- Interact and liaise with internal and external auditors as
needed

Desired
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Information Systems, or equivalent
- 5+ years of ERP Technology System Administration experience
(Oracle ERP Cloud preferred)
- 2-3+ years administering GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash
Management modules
- 2-3+ years with OTBI/BI report development
- 2-3+ years' experience on ERP Cloud security management and
Identity Cloud Services
- 2-3+ years' experience of OCI and OIC administration in PaaS
environment using VBCSEPM Relevant Experience Desired
- 2 to 5 years' experience with EPM application
support/development.
- 1 to 2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud EPBCS
and FCCS in a retail, multi-location environment. Oracle
Certification in this area is ideal
- Experience managing EPM data environments with Data Manager and
EPM Automate servicesOracle Fusion Relevant Experience
- Experience in process design and configuration within Oracle
Fusion applications
- Experience in technical architecture, application design,
development, integration, testing and deployment of Oracle
applications
- An understanding of the reporting and planning processes within
a restaurant, hospitality, retail or multi-unit environment both
conceptually and within the Oracle Cloud tools
- Solid understanding of the metadata requirements across these
applications, as well as dependencies with ERP.OTHER SKILLS
