Overview

Summary:
The Bilingual (Spanish) Communications Specialist will assist in delivering relevant and timely messaging to coworkers and external
audiences relating to Ozinga's purpose and corporate communications.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Write original content and edit for multiple channels (Intranet, newsletters, etc.)
Provide well-written, clear and consistent business communications on several topics, including
leadership communication, key messages and talking points
Create and manage network of internal and external contacts for continuous sourcing of content
Contribute ideas for communications initiatives to support ongoing employee engagement activities
Provide editorial support to internal functions and businesses for their specific communications needs
Help develop effective corporate communication strategies
Assists in preparing for, and planning, company events

Global Responsibilities:
Regular attendance and physical presence at work is an essential function of this position

business needs

Qualifications:

Education/Specialized Knowledge/Professional Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Experience:

2-3 years' experience in communications role
Experience with Adobe Suite required

Skills/Abilities:

• Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
• Exceptional writing, interviewing and storytelling skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-starter with demonstrated initiative
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
  Working Conditions:
  Operates within a professional office environment
  Routine usage of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets
  Some travel required
